Cleofe Ayang-ang

Clei completed her Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics in 2018. She worked on molecular dynamics simulations of bulk metallic glasses for a year before turning her attention to the study of quantum spin chains. Her undergraduate thesis involved calculating several entanglement measures on a Kitaev chain with long-range interactions and analyzing its quantum critical behavior. She plans on continuing her studies by pursuing a graduate degree in Physics at the NIP.

BS Thesis:

Quantum critical behavior in a long-range Kitaev chain model
