It was highlighted by 25 invited talks by speakers from top research institutions from around the world and a keynote presentation by Professor Hung-Duen Yang of the National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) on Exotic H-field induced multiferroic behaviors in spin-frustrated systems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
