Charmaine earned her Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics, graduating <em>magna cum laude</em> in 2024. She was supported by a DOST-SEI RA 7687 Scholarship. Her research utilized density functional theory to investigate how the electronic properties and optical spectra of vanadium dioxide are modified by doping by transition metal atoms.
