SanD members supported the participation of Mindanao State University Main Campus – Marawi City (MSU Marawi) student Aina Rangaig to the 26th SPVM National Physics Conference held at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila last 17–19 October 2024. Aina presented her research on the penetration depth of simulated proton beams on thermoplastic masks of varying thicknesses. This SPVM Conference was held in conjunction with the 2024 International Conference on Advanced Functional Materials and Nanotechnology, the 2024 International Meeting on Complex Systems, and the 2024 International Conference on Particles and Radiation.
